Abstract
We welcome the opportunity to comment on the implications for Scotland of the UK leaving the European Union (EU). In our submission detailed below we focus on the legal aspects and challenges of what we consider to be the best suited alternatives to EU membership for Scotland. We do not purport to offer a socio-economic analysis of those issues.
