Abstract
Talking to patients about their condition, their treatment options, and the procedures they are about to undergo, is a vital part of the care they receive. However, appointments are often time-limited, restricting the amount of information that can be shared. Jennifer Heath explores how information might be communicated more considerately and compassionately using e-health technology.
