But what about the rapists?
Moore, John
Authors
Abstract
Sexual Violence is endemic and a serious social problem. The paper asks a simple question and sets out the respective responses of firstly the criminal justice system and secondly abolitionist thought.
The audience is invited to make up its own mind about which response offers the most effective paradigm for minimising the harms of violence.
