Abstract

This lecture delivered by Kieran Mccartan will examine the community management of sexual offenders in the UK and how this is impacted by the changing role of the state, public attitudes to sex offenders and emerging research into prevention/public health models of sexual abuse. This
will discuss research and evidence into the changing face of sex offender management using research conducted by the speaker into Circles of Support and Accountability.
