Abstract

If children are to be included in the classrooms of the future, then it is important to think about how one can learn from the ideas of the young people themselves. The research described here by Vanessa Penrose, Gary Thomas and Clara Greed concerns a pilot project to gather preliminary data about children's views and opinions on design. The results suggest that there is much to be gained from more extensive research in this area. NASEN 2001.
